Liliana Delgado is a technology, operations, and business leader with more than 18 years of professional experience spanning technical support leadership, project management, business operations, customer service, organizational strategy, and entrepreneurship. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Networking and a Master of Business Administration (MBA), combining a strong technical foundation with extensive business and leadership experience. Throughout her career, Liliana has led technical support teams, managed operational workflows, coordinated projects, worked with customers and vendors, and helped organizations improve accountability, communication, documentation, and day-to-day execution. Her professional background includes serving as Manager of Technical Support Services, Operations Manager for America Overhead Doors, and Managing Director of Cornerstone Site Operations, where she works with contractors and growing businesses on project coordination, operations, client communication, vendor follow-up, invoicing, and administrative systems. She is also the author of The Tech Support Manager’s Guide and founder of Cornerstone Career & Technology Academy. Her approach to education is rooted in practical application: students should not simply memorize concepts—they should learn how to use them.
